The award commended the creative processes and innovative systems adopted by Isha Homes. Under his dynamic and visionary leadership, Isha Homes has delivered aesthetically designed eco-friendly homes such as 'Isha's Signature Villas' in Chennai. The Chairman of Enterprise Asia, Mr. Tan Sri Dr. Fong Chan Onn presented the award to Mr. Suresh Krishn at a specially arranged award ceremony at the Hyatt Regency in Delhi.

It is for the first time that a Real Estate Developer from South India has received such a prestigious Award.
