CSR Community Involvement  We, at Isha Homes, have always endeavored to contribute back to the society and city at large. We wish to induce a constructive change with our relentless dedication to build a better tomorrow. Our efforts have always been keen on sustaining a business model with the highest level of ethical standards and promising quality. Therefore, we engage ourselves in activities that aim to improve the environmental, educational and health concerns of the society.
IHVC 2020  Isha Homes Vision Chennai 2020 is an endeavor to provide a platform for individuals to develop fresh and innovative ideas to turn Chennai clean and green. Isha Homes Vision Chennai 2020 is an effort to involve youth of the city to step up in making Chennai cleaner and greener. Conducted as a competition, this annual event was conceptualized to provide a platform for the youth to develop fresh and innovative ideas in foreseeing a brighter future for Chennai. The event aims at supporting the teams that have delivered the best projects with expert assistance to shape their ideas into reality. Later these projects would be presented to the Tamilnadu Government for execution. Therefore the IHVC2020 not only acknowledges young individuals who think green but also provides a possible solution to make Chennai a better place. For more details regarding the competition visit: Isha Homes Vision Chennai 2020 Joy of giving  In view of being the winds of change for the betterment of underprivileged children in the society, Isha homes celebrated the Joy of Giving week 2011 from the 3rd October to 20th October, 2011. In the beginning of Joy of Giving Week, Isha Homes (India) Pvt. Ltd., adopted 5 schools in Chennai, 3 of which are corporation schools to provide them with better infrastructure. Isha Homes also gifted a laptop and an LCD projector to the Spastics Society during the celebration on 20-10-2011 at the school, to enhance their audio visual teaching methods. The act of generosity of Isha Homes was well appreciated and acknowledged by the students and teachers of all the institutions.
Isha Trust  An earnest effort to gift a smile to the under privileged factions of the society, Isha Swasam is a trust established by Isha Homes. Aiming to lend a hand to the poor, we at Isha Swasam seek to address their health issues, environmental concerns and educational requirements. Through its support of select programs, outreach efforts and initiatives, we make a sincere attempt to improve and enhance the standards of living of these people. We aspire to make things better for the society, for a better today and a much better tomorrow. Eco-concerns  We at Isha Homes take consistent efforts to promote an eco-friendly environment both within our organization and at our construction sites. Our employees take efforts to be environmentally conscious in every activity they involve themselves. Starting with economical usage of paper, our staff show great responsibility when it comes to conserving the environment. We take pride in carrying over this attitude to our construction sites as well. While providing dwellings to our customers, we plant trees in and around them. This upfront action adds to the wholesome experience of being at home besides enhancing the environmental conditions at the site. At Isha Yara, one of our residential projects, we involved ourselves in cleaning a lake beside the construction site. We also planted trees in and around the place and made it environmentally serene. Hence we wish to contribute to the well being of the society by being custodians of a green society.
